• Creative Project Manager • About our client: • They are a data-driven creative content marketing agency based outside of Boston, MA. A group of hardworking creatives that develop campaigns for global brands that reach and convert millions of viewers. They believe in the power of top-notch brand storytelling and creative excellence is baked into everything they do. • Current and past clients include brands like HubSpot, DoorDash, Canva, Toast, Vimeo, Owl Labs, and more. • The role: • They are looking for a results-driven Creative Project Management Associate to handle the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects with limited direction, a deep understanding of marketing and creative projects, and an interest in developing efficient project workflows and managing client relationships. • The Creative Project Management Associate will play a huge role in making sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You’ll be representing their brand as the first point of contact and communicating with clients. They expect you to be professional, responsive, and proactive. • This role has the potential for growth and we encourage you to let us know your areas of interest within their growing team!

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment. • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex marketing projects on time and within budget. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • You’re an advocate for the creative department, with an expert grasp of what it takes to complete creative assignments. • Deep familiarity with Asana, G Suite, Zoom, and other project management-related tools. • In-depth understanding of various marketing strategies and tactics, including marketing design, content marketing, and creative campaign planning. • Problem-solver with a passion for creating order from chaos. You’re comfortable making critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. • You’re confident in managing multiple projects and stakeholders, competing timelines, and dozens of deliverables. • Highly organized processes and documentation. • You can respond to a change in course with flexibility; you know how to disagree without being disagreeable. You’re able to pivot easily and propose solutions when something isn’t working. • You’re humble and open to feedback, and you’re interested in learning and developing your skills.

🏖️ Benefits

• Full time • 100% remote • $2000 - $4000 USD Monthly (Based on experience) • Monday through Friday, a combination of co-working hours with Boston (EST) and flexible hours.
