• About Our Client: • They are global AdTech firm specializing in proprietary systems and software to optimize our clients’ marketing plans. • We work directly with clients and agencies to maximize audience attention. • With extensive experience, they have built, optimized, and scaled hundreds of campaigns on the biggest social media platforms. • About the role: • They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. • This role is primarily focused on customer service and account management, ensuring seamless communication with clients, conducting quarterly account reviews, and identifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of maintaining and growing client relationships in a fast-paced environment. • Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Conduct quarterly account reviews to assess performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities. • Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with client goals. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on campaign performance and industry trends. • Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activities. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies to better serve clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or account management. • Strong communication skills – proactive, direct, and able to manage client relationships effectively. • Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads is essential; familiarity with Google Ads is a plus. • Fast learner with a "velocity" mindset, able to adapt quickly in a high-speed work environment. • Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
