β€’ Our client is a leading Digital Marketing Agency that focuses on helping small to midsize B2B and B2C companies succeed. β€’ As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and guide a team of digital marketing professionals. β€’ You will be responsible for developing strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring the team meets client goals. β€’ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists to execute high-performing campaigns. β€’ Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team delivers quality results. β€’ Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met using Asana or other project management tools. β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms. β€’ Analyze client needs and create customized marketing plans that align with their goals. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to align content, design, and campaign goals. β€’ Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive traffic and generate leads. β€’ Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve campaign outcomes. β€’ Ensure SEO best practices are followed across content creation and link-building efforts. β€’ Monitor reviews and ensure timely responses to maintain a positive online reputation. β€’ Use Asana to manage tasks and track project progress.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 3 years of agency experience managing a digital marketing team with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding client goals. β€’ Expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, including strategy, implementation, and optimization. β€’ Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. β€’ Experience creating and managing email marketing and drip campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. β€’ Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation. β€’ Hands-on experience with Google My Business management and optimization. β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce for CRM and lead management. β€’ Proficiency in Asana for project management and Canva for content creation. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously. β€’ Experience scaling digital marketing strategies for small to mid-sized businesses. β€’ Advanced knowledge of AI tools for marketing automation and personalization. β€’ Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and sales funnel optimization.
