📋 Description
•Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a competent and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. •This role is integral to ensuring the seamless operation of our remote environment and will suit a dedicated professional equipped with effective administrative skills and a thorough understanding of business operations. •Manage and prioritize the Founder’s inbox and calendar •Handle CRM updates, lead follow-ups, and light outbound/inbound sales tasks •Draft and send emails on behalf of the Founder •Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items •Manage task/project dashboards •Conduct research and prepare short briefs or summaries •Assist in personal and professional tasks to reduce founder's mental load
🎯 Requirements
•2+ years in a similar executive support or sales coordination role •Excellent written and verbal English •Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, Calendly, and CRM tools •Highly organized and detail-oriented •Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments •Resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
