• We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst to work with our existing client. • This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support our client's investment decisions. • Work Schedule: 9am - 6 pm EST (Monday - Friday) • Key Responsibilities include analyzing real estate investments, creating financial models, researching market trends, preparing reports, assisting with due diligence, and monitoring property performance.
Requirements
• Previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst, or other roles. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience preferred. • Familiarity with filemaker pro and skills in internet searching • Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR). • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
