• Position Overview: • We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Agent with experience in real estate to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation tools such as Zapier, Monday.com, and Microsoft Power Automate, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. • This role involves leveraging technology to streamline processes, generate leads, and manage client relationships while offering tailored insurance solutions. • Provide expert advice to clients on insurance options tailored to their needs, with a focus on real estate-related policies. • Assess risks and recommend suitable coverage for clients in the real estate sector. • Use automation tools like Zapier, Monday.com, and Microsoft Power Automate to manage leads, track prospects, and streamline workflows. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals. • Ensure seamless integration of Monday.com for task tracking and project management. • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to implement process improvements using automation tools. • Provide training and guidance on automation solutions to team members as needed. • Stay updated on insurance products, real estate market trends, and regulatory changes. • Develop strategies to penetrate the real estate market and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Agent, preferably with real estate-related insurance products. • Strong knowledge of Zapier, Monday.com, and Microsoft Power Automate for process automation. • Strong knowledge of Monday.com • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate • Familiarity with the real estate industry, including terminology and processes.
