• Job Title: Tax Filing Specialist • We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Filing Specialist to join our team at Remote VA. • Responsible for preparing and filing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. • Play a key role in helping our clients optimize their tax positions while adhering to all filing deadlines. • Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and file accurate federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses. • Analyze financial information and documents provided by clients. • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including keeping up-to-date with changes in tax codes. • Communicate with clients regarding tax-related matters and respond to inquiries effectively. • Assist clients with tax planning and advice to minimize liabilities and maximize deductions. • Conduct research on tax issues and prepare necessary documentation for tax audits. • Collaborate with other accounting professionals within the team to support client needs. • Maintain accurate records of tax filings and client communications.
🎯 Requirements
