In this role, you’ll monitor team progress, ensure accountability, and optimize workflows using automation tools. If you're someone who finds joy in completing projects ahead of schedule and thrives in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you! • This is a part-time, fully remote role with the potential to grow into a full-time position within 2-3 months.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 1 to 3 years of previous experience working in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role. • You know how to effectively work in a fully remote setting, within small to medium-sized teams (20-40 members). • You have experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, while working in a similar start-up setup would be a great plus! • You have experience managing workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability of your team. • You have demonstrated the ability to identify and address gaps in performance, contributing to team success by providing actionable feedback and solutions. • You are familiar or eager to learn how to use the tools like Airtable and Make for process optimization. • You have excellent task management and prioritization skills to stay on top of multiple responsibilities. • You are kind, supportive, and capable of providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
