📋 Description
• Be the main go to person for Finance decision makers (at the highest level, including HQ CFO) around the system landscape. • Run internal team and global team, and Local & remote people management. • Responsible for delivering application platforms for the global Finance department to enable them in being successful in their roles. • Leverages internal and external knowledge to continually improve and adapt the solutions made available to the business. • Develop a long-term vision of the strategic direction for the global Finance applications team. • Contributes to objective setting for the IS (IT) department. • Meets with key stakeholders on a monthly basis. • Delivers solution to the business in alignment with the agreed SLA’s. • Provides L2 and L3 support to the business in response to issues or outages. • Maintains an aligned and prioritized list of projects on behalf of the business. • Works with the business to deliver projects per their expectations. • Ensures that projects meet the quality and methodology standard of IS. • Brings at least 2 innovation ideas to the organization each quarter. • Delegates tasks that offer developmental challenges. • Develops others through clear briefing, monitoring and debriefing.
🎯 Requirements
• Business level English & Japanese language ability • 8 years+ supporting Enterprise Finance applications globally • People management (10+ staff) and staff development • Strong Finance background, knowledge of Finance processes and applications • Strong experience in requirements gathering and spec creation • Strong experience in task- and project management • Strong team player
