• Renew Capital is seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Advisor – Venture Capital & African Startups to spearhead capital-raising efforts for both African startups and venture capital funds • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in investor relations, fundraising and financial structuring • Your Mission: Secure investment for venture funds and high-growth African startups • Expand and manage relationships with global investors and financial institutions • Lead investor engagement strategies, including roadshows, fundraising campaigns and tailored investment proposals
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking or financial advisory, with a strong track record of raising capital • Proven success in securing investment commitments from institutional investors, HNWIs and family offices • Strong financial modeling, investor presentation and fundraising strategy development skills • Deep understanding of venture capital, fund structuring and early-stage investment ecosystems • Existing network in Dubai, London and key financial hubs, with direct investor connections • Excellent negotiation, relationship management and deal structuring expertise • Ability to work across multiple geographies, balancing investor relations with African market dynamics • Experience in blended finance, or emerging market funds is a plus
