• Deliver operational and financial improvements within a client organization • Manage project deliverables to time, cost and quality requirements • Implement Lean Construction methodologies to optimize project processes • Develop and maintain advanced project progress control systems • Analyze project data to identify improvement and implement corrective actions • Create detailed reports and KPIs to track project performance and provide insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience as a Consultant using Portuguese and English language • Whole life cycle experience of an implementation consultancy project with Renoir or a competitor • Graduate level or equivalent • Proven experience in Lean methodologies • Strong proficiency in advanced project progress control, including financial, physical, and operational aspects • Ability to create comprehensive reports and KPI's • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Drive, commitment, confidence, leadership through engagement, and influencing, communication, organizing, resilience, problem-solving, flexibility
