• The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue operations, including sales strategy development, sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales analytics, and sales process optimization. Your leadership will ensure the smooth functioning of our sales and customer-facing teams and contribute to achieving our sales targets and business objectives. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in revenue-generating activities. A background in creating clean, straightforward solutions with strong documentation will be key to being successful in this role.
• Minimum of 6 years B2B SaaS sales operations or revenue operations experience; with experience standing up a sales or revenue operations function • Prior experience working at an early stage-high-growth company is a must • Experience scaling revenue operations to support mid-market and enterprise-level sales and customer-facing teams • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, etc • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Executive presence and the ability to lead through complex and undefined opportunities
