• Garantisce la risposta telefonica a clienti e colleghi negli orari di apertura della filiale; • Riceve e trasmette alla vendita le telefonate di potenziali clienti e di clienti esistenti che richiedono informazioni sui nostri servizi/prodotti • Indirizza e traccia le segnalazioni delle problematiche sollevate dai clienti e colleghi e assicurare che le stesse vengano risolte nei tempi e modi previsti dalle procedure e disposizioni aziendali; • Contatta i Clienti dopo la risoluzione della problematica per verificare il grado di soddisfazione degli stessi • Gestisce le richieste di disdetta inserendole nei sistemi (attività di Client Retention); • Evade le richieste dei Clienti in merito a informazioni commerciali (es. prezzi, chiarimenti su fatture) • Supporta l’area commerciale avvalendosi delle informazioni disponibili elettronicamente e nell’archivio cartaceo per la compilazione di gare e/o capitolati;
