• Per supportare i progetti del team Legal, siamo alla ricerca di una figura con una forte passione per il mondo Legal. • I principali compiti del Junior Legal Specialist sono: • Predisposizione della contrattualistica standard. • Supporto alla gestione delle LEGAL ISSUE. • Predisposizione di deleghe di autocertificazioni e dichiarazioni richieste da clienti/fornitori. • Predisposizione deleghe di messa in mora. • Supporto nella redazione della pareristica in materia civilistica a beneficio delle diverse direzioni. • Supporto nella predisposizione delle policies di area Legal.
🎯 Requirements
• Laurea in giurisprudenza; • Spiccate doti comunicative, relazionali e organizzative; • Proattività e dinamismo; • Capacità di gestione dello stress e ottimo problem-solver; • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; • Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office/Google Suite; • Master in giurisprudenza o in contrattualistica (plus)
