Description

• Responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting other accounting functions as needed.

Requirements

• Work around 30 hours per week. • Report to a Finance Manager and work alongside a team of six. • Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner. • Verify invoice accuracy and obtain necessary approvals for payment. • Help to prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues. • Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. • Provide support for other accounting functions, such as accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial analysis, as needed.
