Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5 years of experience in client support or customer service • Strong technical aptitude • Proficiency in customer support tools and systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences • Excellent problem-solving skills • Fluent in English
