📋 Description

• Analyze financial operations to identify trends and recommend strategies to optimize performance. • Focus on annual budgets, monthly reporting, and variance analysis. • Provide consistent financial reports to internal stakeholders. • Facilitate efficient operations within the Finance department. • Support strategic decision-making processes by analyzing financial data and projections. • Design and develop customized financial reports. • Support the daily activities of the Finance department. • Assist in budget planning and financial compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in an accounting department. • Experience with ERP systems e.g., Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc. • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking, and an eye for detail and passion for accuracy. • A basic understanding of business operations and key performance metrics. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. • Ability to work in a multi-entity organization and a fast paced dynamic environment under flexible and hybrid working conditions. • Demonstrated commitment to contributing to a work environment where diversity, equity, and inclusion are valued and supported by each staff member. • Cultural competency and a proven ability to communicate and collaboratively engage with people from different backgrounds. • Demonstrated commitment reproductive freedom and Reproductive Freedom for All’s mission and vision. • Experience in using reporting software packages including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc. • Experience working for a non-profit organization.
