Description

• This is a remote position that will require travel to partner locations. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset. • You will lead a cross-section of initiatives within operations. • Drive key initiatives from inception to completion. • Develop and implement tools to monitor supply chain performance. • Leverage data to generate actionable insights. • Identify and mitigate potential shipment delays. • Conduct independent financial analysis for investments and process improvements. • Establish reporting mechanisms and take data-driven actions independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field • 4+ years in an operational or logistics role, preferred • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly in managing inbound container flows. • 2+ years working in analytical roles with advanced spreadsheet skills and SQL/GPQ experience • Demonstrate a proficient understanding of order flow and EDI/API transactions for the entire purchase order lifecycle, from the 846 to the 810, across various systems and platforms. • Possess a basic understanding of different modes of transportation, including parcel, white glove, LTL and TL • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders. • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. • Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
