• Architect and design SAP landscapes, considering performance, security, and scalability • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP systems, ensuring best practices are followed • Oversee SAP Basis administration tasks, including system installations, upgrades, and patches • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations • Develop and implement SAP security strategies, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality • Administer user access, roles, and authorizations, conducting regular security audits • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing technical guidance and recommendations • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes, configurations, and security policies • Develop and update technical documentation for system administration and security procedures • Initiate, review, and collaborate on change control for system initiatives • Support end users and project teams in system solutioning
• Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect focusing on Basis and Security Administration • In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP Fiori • Expertise in SAP Basis administration tasks, system installations, upgrades, and performance tuning • Strong background in SAP Security Administration, user access management, and role design • Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders • Understanding of system development in cloud environments, including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS • Familiarity with CSV methodology and practice in a pharma system landscape • Comfort working with management and managing expectations in a fast-paced environment • Professional communication skills, presenting to senior-level audiences containing decision makers • Ability to travel onsite as needed
