Description

• Responsible for providing sophisticated risk advisory services to institutional clients specializing in complex commercial real estate transactions • Supports pre-closing insurance and risk reviews • Provides insurance requirements based on deal type, geography, and lender requirements • Analyzes proposed insurance coverage and identifies gaps • Creates and submits client deliverables including risk assessment and documentation • Delivers complete deal package including evidence of insurance • Responsible for deal flow management, client status reporting, and issue tracking

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience • 2 or more years of experience in relevant insurance, financing, or commercial transaction management • Commercial real estate experience a plus • Excellent customer service skills • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written skills • Effective time management, organizational, prioritization and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple transactions and work well under tight timeframes and fluid deadlines
