Description

• Understand and become the subject matter expert on multiple software team initiatives working on the Mastermind Product, specifically API integrations. • Analyze, clarify, and validate business needs. • Craft detailed technical user stories based on product requirements. • Define acceptance criteria and test user stories to ensure quality. • Help teams triage, investigate and resolve defects. • Manage dependencies and cross-team coordination. • Develop an understanding of Mastery's users and act as an advocate for their needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a BA in an Agile SaaS environment. • Ability to work independently to meet objectives. • Strong communication (written and verbal) and meeting facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Jira experience. • API/backend testing experience, using tools such as Insomnia, Swagger, Postman. • Strong attention to detail.
