Description

• Ensure enterprise infrastructure and systems are resilient, highly available, and scale to Resilinc’s growth. • Deliver a unified cloud platform and architecture that enables effective execution of company’s product strategy and enterprise industry technology standards. • Build and manage a high performing, globally distributed, team. • Manage and oversee Resilinc’s Azure account/subscription environment, maintaining governance, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and security protocols. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline cloud-based workflows and processes, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness. • Support the management and maintenance of existing cloud infrastructure, ensuring its stability, scalability, and security. • Assist in the setup and management of policies, access controls, and security configurations within the Azure and other cloud environments. • Implement cost tracking mechanisms and efficiency systems to monitor and optimize cloud resources consumption. • Operate as a trusted advisor to influence and lead the application of standard processes and practices. • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience as an engineering leader in cloud technologies, particularly with MS Azure; experience fully owning, and being accountable for, an internal cloud infrastructure is essential. Experience with GovCloud Azure highly desired. Additional exposure to AWS, Google, etc. will be an added advantage. • Prior experience building and executing an infrastructure modernization initiative and driving it to be fully optimized is essential. • Proven success building and managing a high-performing, globally distributed, team with a strong devops focus. • Relevant experience in modern cloud environments to support software product development and hosting; deep experience in SaaS cloud platform management. • Proven experience in managing cloud environments from resource utilization to account/subscription management. • Strong background in software development and IT operations, with a deep understanding of cloud-based technologies and services. • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform). • Experience in implementing and managing cloud policies, access controls, and security configurations. • Experience leveraging PaaS & SaaS capabilities to improve product development velocity. • Extensive experience with prominent infrastructure-as-code technology. • Experience operating software workloads in cloud environments. • Experience providing platform services for other internal teams. • Experience with continuous software delivery. • Understanding of build environments and delivery pipelines. • Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within the team as well as cross-functionally with key stakeholders. • Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence; ability to interact with the executive leadership team. • Data-driven approach to measuring results and making decisions. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
