Description

• Lead the delivery functions of Client Service Group • Manage multiple programs in a rapidly changing environment • Play a visible role internally and externally • Track and problem-solve program deliverables, schedules, and milestones • Ensure all processing queues meet 1 day processing expectation • Ensure customer service queues meet 95% service level expectations • Analyze staffing and attrition impacts • Nurture culture within Client Services team • Support and develop Project Analysts through leadership training

Requirements

• 4+ years supervisors experience • 3+ years Project/Program management experience • 2+ years experience implementing/planning technology solutions to achieve efficiency within an organization • 2+ years direct interface with clients • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • 2+ years experience with call center technologies • 2+ years experience with processing/fulfillment technologies • Proven experience establishing large scale culture initiatives • Proven experience establishing large scale performance measurements • Direct knowledge of VBA • Interest in sustainability
