• Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Efficiency Associate Program Manager to join our growing team in New Jersey. • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in energy efficiency. • You will work in a dynamic environment leading and managing a team of outreach and engineering staff on large scale commercial energy efficiency programs. • The Associate Program Manager will play a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing short and long-term implementation plans. • This position requires excellent planning, budgeting, and people-management skills. • Experience working in partnership with energy efficiency implementation subcontractors, community-based organizations, low-income communities, and/or government entities is desired.
• New Jersey residence or willingness to relocate to New Jersey • Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field of study is required • Minimum of 3 years of work experience with Commercial and/or Residential electric or natural gas utility energy efficiency programs. • A strong understanding of energy efficiency programs, demand-side management and energy efficiency measures • Demonstrated experience with project management. • Demonstrated experience performing data analysis and reporting • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while balancing schedules and budgets. • Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills. • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
