Description

• Resource Innovations is seeking a Lead Residential Energy Auditor in Ohio and Indiana. • Responsible for building and leading a dynamic field service team. • Deliver high-quality in-home energy audits and ensure quality control for HOMES and HEAR programs. • Build and manage a team of customer-focused technicians proficient in BPI standards. • Conduct comprehensive in-home energy audits with a focus on income-based program participants. • Oversee residential weatherization, HVAC, and water heating installation inspections. • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance program solutions.

Requirements

• Must reside in the metropolitan areas of Ohio or Indiana. • 2+ years of experience in a quality control/quality assurance role or in consulting, energy efficiency, or utility experience. • Knowledge of building science, construction, and technical expertise is required. • Must be a U.S. Citizen. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Maintain current auto insurance coverage that meets state requirements. • Access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel; ability to travel 25-75% (limited overnight travel). • Bachelor's degree in a building science-related field and/or relevant Building Science certifications preferred. • BPI Building Analyst and Envelope certifications preferred. • HERS and RESNET Rater certification preferred.
