Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Midwest. • 5-7 years of agency experience, leading creative projects across print and digital platforms. • Comfortable in both print and digital design. • Up to date creative portfolio showcasing visual design examples in both print and digital mediums. • BFA or equivalent design work experience. • Previous experience working with creative teams in an agency environment. • Demonstrated capability to establish and uphold a brand-centric visual identity across various channels. • Best in class visual design skills encompassing advanced concept development and meticulous attention to detail in digital and print design. • Expert knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and an understanding of emerging design technologies and trends. • Proven track record as a collaborative team player in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
