📋 Description

• Participate in due diligence meetings, gather key financial data, and track action items. • Contribute to pre-close integration tasks, including data analysis of customer/vendor lists, contracts, and financial records. • Support ERP data conversion and validation, including customer/vendor data, sub-ledger loads, and balance sheet entries. • Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to ensure seamless financial process integration. • Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. • Provide support for accounts payable, expense reporting, and accounts receivable processes. • Assist with annual audits, internal/capital project accounting, and process improvement initiatives. • Support project management tasks, tracking integration checklists and deliverables. • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments (e.g., Technology, Talent)

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in general accounting functions (general ledger, journal entries, invoice processing, and/or payroll) • 1+ years of experience in Project Management (Preferred) • 1+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (Preferred) • Workday experience a plus • Experience with ERP systems, including booking journal entries, running reports, and data integration/validation • Excellent collaboration & team orientation
