Description

• Responsible for executing and overseeing the transition of agency management systems to new platforms • Analyzing current systems, identifying areas for improvement • Working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth conversion process • Providing client support and project management throughout the conversion and/or integration process • Troubleshooting issues, conducting system testing, and documenting processes and procedures related to the conversion • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for the new agency management system • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure a smooth and successful conversion • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis and system conversions in the insurance agency and brokerage sector • Proficiency in Insurance Agency Management systems such as AMS360, Sagitta, Applied Epic, Nexsure • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
