Description

• Play a key role in FP&A strategy supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Execute month-end and quarter-end variance analysis for onshore departments • Coordinate with FP&A teams in China and India for global financial analysis • Support preparation of five-year financial projections and Annual Operating Plan • Act as primary finance business partner for budget owners • Develop strong relationships with Accounting and Finance teams • Collaborate with Offshore team for Global reporting and analysis • Support budget owners with business case research and operations • Ensure a collegial and productive team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field • 4-7 years’ experience in a corporate financial planning and analysis role • Prior accounting experience or CPA designation • Experience and skill in partnering with business leaders • Skilled in preparing complex management reports on a timely basis • Proficiency in Excel
