📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to fill the role of a Commercial Insurance Audit Reviewer. • The primary responsibilities include providing review support, quality assurance and support for our premium audit operations and audit processes. • Effectively manage and review audit queue. • Ensure audits align with industry standards, LAI, state-specific rules, and carrier specific guidelines. • Mentor auditors to increase audit quality. • Provide clear communication to auditors during the review process (via phone and/or email). • Maintaining production and quality standards as directed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years premium insurance audit experience (Preferred) • A strong understanding of premium audit processes and procedures • Working knowledge of PASS, ASUM, and Nexus (Preferred) • WCRIB Certification (Preferred) • APA designation (Preferred) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient computer skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Detail-oriented and accurate • Positive and proactive attitude • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities • A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures
