Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to scale Respiris. • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. • Lead and collaborate with others prioritize initiatives and execute strategies. • Support business development efforts, identifying and securing new opportunities. • Drive technological innovation and oversee the development of AI-powered tools. • Lead engineering, ensuring high standards of technical excellence. • Collaborate with the CEO, COO, Marketing, and Client Operations to prioritize tech initiatives and execute strategies. • Ensure the scalability and reliability of our technology platform.

• High IQ and very hungry. • Committed to personal growth and development. • Mission driven at heart - believes in our mission and dedication to our goals. • Excellent communicator in written, oral, and in-person interactions. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Adept at learning web-based tools. • Resourceful problem solver. • Thrives in a nimble, lean, unstructured, fast-paced startup. • Collaborative and energetic team player. • BA/BS or advanced degree. • Previous startup industry experience and experience in larger companies. • Fast learner, coachable, and able to work well with team members. • Personable, empathetic, and enjoys helping individuals succeed. • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. • Experience with sourcing and targeted outreach. • Strong creative writing ability and outside-of-the-box thinking to capture attention. • Clear written communication skills. • Some experience working with Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance personas. • Comfort with AI-based workflows and tools for research and copywriting. • Experience with client partner relationships with HR, Sequoia, Mercer, Benefits Brokers, etc.
