•About Respiris: Respiris is on a mission to re-inspire transitions—transforming how companies and individuals navigate career shifts through empathy, AI-driven insights, and community support. •The Role: Operations Assistant - streamline operations, support the CEO, and contribute to success of Respiris and fractional HR clients. •Manage the CEO's email and calendar, assist with business scaling efforts, and collaborate with the Automation Engineer to streamline operational workflows. •Support the marketplace operations, helping to source, onboard, and manage job search coaches. •Assist in managing relationships with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and coordinating projects across Respiris and fractional HR clients.

Requirements

•3-6 years of experience in an operations assistant role. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey information and follow up on tasks. •Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. •Strong time management skills and proficiency in managing calendars and emails efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. •Proficiency with office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). •Familiarity with scheduling tools and time management best practices. •Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams, especially in a startup or fast-paced environment. •Previous experience in a startup, operations, or supporting senior leadership is a plus.
