• Respiris is disrupting the outplacement assistance industry through a managed marketplace model. • As the Founding Growth Marketing Manager, you will scale Respiris to reach its target customers. • Develop, execute, and iterate go-to-market strategies leveraging expertise in lifecycle marketing and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Experience: • 3-5 years of B2B marketing and demand generation experience across online and offline channels. • Proven success in lifecycle marketing and customer acquisition in high-growth environments. • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot. • Skills: • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaign management. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with SaaS tools related to sales, marketing, etc. or similar platforms. • Mindset: • Passion for Respiris’ mission and values of deep empathy, AI, and community. • Entrepreneurial and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
