• About Respiris: Respiris is on a mission to re-inspire transitions—transforming how companies and individuals navigate career shifts through empathy, AI-driven insights, and community support. • The Role: Senior Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant to streamline operations and support the CEO. • Manage the CEO's email and calendar, assist with business scaling efforts, and support various growth initiatives. • Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar, coordinate meetings, and assist in business development. • Help source, onboard, and manage job search coaches for our managed marketplace. • Organize meetings, manage client relationships, and support sales efforts. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and manage daily administrative duties. • Track key performance metrics and assist the CEO in managing projects across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in an senior executive assistant / operations assistant role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey information and follow up on tasks. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Strong time management skills and proficiency in managing calendars and emails efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Familiarity with scheduling tools and time management best practices. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams, especially in a startup or fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in a startup, operations, or supporting senior leadership is a plus.
