• Retalent Recruitment Agency is a unique project that connects talent from developing countries with top employers globally. • We collaborate with top market companies from the US, Europe, and Canada helping them build their recruitment cycles and find the best specialists ever. • We are growing fast and are looking for like-minded people to join our team. • Our core values are being empathetic, curious, smart working and, for sure, positive. • Currently, we are looking for a Team Lead for our recruitment team who shares our vision of an open, progressive, and fair workspace to help our company thrive. • As our new Team Lead, you'll be the glue that holds our team together. • Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Jump on calls with leads and turn prospects into clients, keep the communication flowing with clients, keep a close eye on our recruitment strategies, set KPIs and goals for the team, recruit, onboard, and coach new team members, experiment with new platforms and software, create standard operating procedures, and communicate with affiliates and partners. • If you’re excited about the idea of leading projects at a dynamic, fun-loving recruitment agency, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
• Have 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead, Lead Recruiter, HR Manager, or Project Manager in a recruitment or staffing agency preferably • Have experience with handling clients, onboarding them, and being responsible for customer success • Are organized and can manage not only your workload but also the workload of your team • Are independent, can find the solutions to the arising issues and tackle them effectively • Are not afraid of responsibility and can take responsibility not only for yourself but also for your team • Can admit your mistakes reflect on what could have gone wrong and change your attitude and behaviour based on your reflections • You bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do • You know your way around project management tools like Click up or Monday.com (huge benefit!)
