• Du betreust Werbeaccounts unserer Kunden auf Meta und TikTok und bist Ansprechpartner:in für alle Fragen zum Thema Paid Social • Du wirkst mit an der Entwicklung ergebnisorientierter Strategien zur Erreichung angestrebter Ziele und definierst geeignete KPIs zu deren Überwachung, einschließlich ROAS, CAC, CTR und CPC • Durch Datenanalyse identifizierst du ungenutzte Wachstumschancen im Sinne der strategischen Ziele unserer Kunden und kommunizierst diese an andere Abteilungen oder Kundenteams • Gemeinsam mit Ansprechpartner:innen auf Kundenseite erarbeitest du Workflows für die kontinuierliche Produktion und das Testing neuer Creatives und Marketingansätze • Du bildest Dich regelmäßig fort und erforschst und testest neue Kanäle, Formate und Ansätze zur Verbesserung der Marketingleistung • Mittelfristig entwickelst Du Dich zur Teamleitung im Bereich Paid Media weiter
🎯 Requirements
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Media Buying auf Meta, TikTok und weiteren Plattformen • Ganzheitliches Verständnis für Onlinemarketing von A bis Z, einschließlich Paid Social, Paid Search und weiterer Kanäle • Erfahrung mit Werbekonten mit mindestens 50k Ad Spend pro Monat • Erfahrung im Bereich Tracking und Datenanalyse, GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager (oder alternativen Plattformen) • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenfeeds und Produktkatalogen • Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse
