📋 Description

• Founded in 2015, ReUp Education focuses on re-engaging and re-enrolling students who have stopped out of college. • As an Engagement Coordinator, you will connect with students to understand their needs and guide them back to school. • You will collaborate with ReUp staff and university administrators to ensure students have access to necessary resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher • Attention to detail is one of your fundamental skills • At least one year of student and/or customer service work preferred • Higher ed, call center, and/or startup experience a big plus • Familiar with Salesforce or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System • Ability to work remotely in a private and quiet working space • Strong ability to establish rapport with new and existing students • Strong listening and communication skills • Ability to multi-task and move multiple projects and priorities ahead at a time • Flexible scheduling availability to meet the needs of students in multiple time zones • You care about ReUp’s mission and are committed to helping us open new opportunities to students
