Requirements

• 10-20 years of experience in Android software engineering. • 5+ years working in a leadership capacity. • Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, drive technical strategy, and manage complex projects from concept to deployment. • Familiarity with biometric technologies such as facial recognition, fingerprint, and iris scanning, including knowledge of standards like EBTS, FBI Appendix F, or similar. • Strong track record in mobile (Android) and backend development; prior experience in an architect or lead role. • Expert in the Kotlin/JVM ecosystem. • Android NDK experience. • Strong knowledge of Android development, API design, UI architecture, UX fundamentals.
