📋 Description
• Seeking a customer-focused API Support Engineer to troubleshoot, guide users, and enhance our API. • Join us and support our public-facing API, a core product offering. • Collaborate with engineering team to resolve complex technical challenges. • Monitor API performance for uptime, reliability, and responsiveness. • Contribute to API development and improvement using .NET Core. • Advocate for best practices in API usage and implementation. • Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation, guides, and tutorials. • Act as a liaison between customers and the internal engineering team.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and experience developing and supporting APIs. • Familiarity with RESTful API standards and tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar. • Knowledge of SQL databases and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus. • Experience with API authentication methods such as OAuth or API keys. • Proven track record in a customer-facing technical support role. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users. • Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. • Excellent written and spoken English.
