Description
• As an IT Manager at Reverse.Tech, you will take full ownership of our IT infrastructure. • You will collaborate closely with internal teams (Infosec, DevOps). • Your work will focus on system maintenance, integration, and the overall optimization of our digital operations. • Oversee and maintain core IT systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and others. • Work with internal Infosec and DevOps teams to align IT strategies with company objectives. • Ensure seamless integration and interoperability among tools and platforms. • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. • Serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues. • Anticipate future IT needs and plan accordingly.
Requirements
• 5+ years of IT management experience, ideally within a startup or scaleup environment. • Proven expertise with Google Workspace, Jira, and Google Cloud. • Strong understanding of system integrations and automation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A proactive, solution-focused mindset. • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Admin, ITIL).
