• About Us: At Reverse Tech, we are on a mission to create, launch, and scale digital product brands in the health and wellness space. • Our goal is ambitious – we aim to help 10 million people improve their health by 2026 through hyper-targeted, mass-scale brands. • We specialize in subscription-based business models and pride ourselves on being results-focused, with no big egos, just big data. • What We Want to Achieve: Our vision is to discover novel self-serve solutions to the world's greatest health problems, all while adhering to our core values. • About the role: Your responsibility is to own all our activities that are related to our organic presence on social media. • While being part of the marketing team, it requires working together with various teams including customer support, product, and design teams. • Social media calendar: optimize and own the social media content calendar across all social platforms. • Reputation management: coordinate our efforts with making sure we get positive user reviews and create a strong brand image. • Community management: support our efforts to build engaged and supportive community for our paid users.
• 5+ years of previous experience with social media management in various channels. • Strong project management skills. Being able to drive forward the project from an idea to final implementation. • Performance mindset. Making sure our activities support our sales and profitability targets. • Ability to build and lead a team. • Deep understanding of the automation tools (for example, in-bound message chatbots, ad comment section automated answers etc.) • Extreme ownership and “can-do” attitude • Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
