🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in art direction within an advertising agency or similar environment • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different media, with a focus on successful campaigns and innovative designs • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Exceptional visual design and conceptual thinking abilities • Understand agency processes to ensure smooth workflow and project success • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) • Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all work is of the highest quality • A collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team member
