• The AcceleratorKMS Developer/Administrator is a senior-level role responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of the Accelerator Knowledge Management System (AKMS) for our clients. • This position requires technical expertise, a deep understanding of operational workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of the system. • The ideal candidate will excel in streamlining content management processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and promoting safety and compliance through the effective use of AKMS. • Key Responsibilities: • Implementation and Configuration: • Lead the setup, configuration, and customization of AKMS modules for new clients. • Configure database servers using Microsoft SQL Server and integrate AKMS with existing systems. • Digitize and transition paper-based forms and processes into AKMS’s electronic workflows. • System Administration: • Manage user roles, domains, and access permissions. • Administer request forms and oversee the effective governance of content within the system. • Perform complex configurations and installations to tailor the system to client needs. • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: • Utilize proficiency in MS Excel, macro programming, SQL databases, and Python to address technical issues and optimize system performance. • Provide prompt troubleshooting and resolution of system issues to minimize downtime. • Collaboration and Communication: • Work closely with clients, project teams, and software vendors to scope requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation. • Communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders. • Lead end-user training sessions to drive adoption and maximize the system’s value. • Documentation and Compliance: • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, designs, and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices. • Implement a single source of truth for operational and technical content management. • Continuous Improvement: • Capture and integrate user feedback to enhance system usability and functionality. • Drive process improvements by leveraging AKMS’s content management capabilities, including intelligent content reuse and automated workflows.
• Proven experience implementing and configuring AKMS (either through Hexagon or Innovatia), or similar Procedure Lifecycle Management (PLCM) solutions. • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server configuration and database management. • Strong skills in MS Excel, including macro programming, with Python proficiency preferred. • Familiarity with operational workflows in the process industry, including Shift Handover, Operator Inspections, and Management of Change processes. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience in end-user training and change management. • Knowledge of ISO compliance and operational safety standards.
