Description

• Monitor and analyze our client’s infrastructure and enhance it with alerting policies, react to issues, incidents and requests of our customers • Fix technical problems and analyze the root cause on customer’s cloud systems • Implement Revolgy services for new customers and recommend changes and improvements • Assess already-migrated systems and give recommendations • Implement managed infrastructure services for our clients and for internal purposes • Responsibility for technical development of internal services • Communicate with customers and with our providers counterparts

Requirements

• Experience with AWS, ideally AWS DevOps, Cloud Engineer, Solutions Architect certified • Understanding of computer systems and networks and/or operations, as well as infrastructure provisioning (such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Docker etc) • Knowledge of the principles of CI/CD and ability to set up a pipeline from scratch • Expertise with the following: containers, databases, web services, Linux system administration, Kubernetes, GKE/EKS, Prometheus, Grafana or any other observability tools, PagerDuty or Splunk • Knowledge of programming languages such as python, go, scala • Great command of the English language both in verbal and written form • Willingness to take ownership, be responsible, display initiative, and work autonomously • Strong communication skills
