• Conduct field service visits as directed by Customer Care and the Service/Team Leader. • Provide first-line, on-site user training for Life Science and Diagnostics systems. • Organise and complete routine maintenance as scheduled each month. • Ensure all service manuals, data bulletins, and documentation are current and appropriate for each instrument. • Apply best practices to exceed customer expectations, contributing positively to team KPIs. • Maintain personal service spare parts and inventory records to the highest standards, promptly addressing any discrepancies. • Complete all work orders and relevant documentation within one day of service completion.
• Preferably educated in a scientific or engineering field, though equivalent experience is also welcome. • Background in customer service, ideally with Life Science or Diagnostic instruments, is advantageous. • Professional communication skills, with the ability to assist customers at all levels, providing technical support and service information as required. • Strong dedication to delivering exceptional service. • Average of 2-3 nights away per week. • Valid full BE/NL/EU driving licence required.
