• Develop clear, fact-based product lifecycle strategies • Participate in long-term strategy development and product pipeline portfolio management • Provide commercial leadership to new product development projects • Establish & maintain in-depth knowledge of infectious disease market • Support key sustaining and innovation projects • Deliver comprehensive business cases • Will lead execution of 1-2 new product launch • Lead content management strategy for assay portfolio • Develop deep knowledge of the customer experience • Demonstrate subject matter expertise to diverse audiences • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships
• BSc in a medical science required • MSc in Infectious Diseases, Microbiology, Immunology or similar preferred. • Product Leadership experience in a commercial role in a diagnostic or pharmaceutical company • A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in the diagnostic industry • Experience with Sales, GTM and Product Development cycles • In-depth understanding of the diagnostic laboratory market, competitor landscape and buying process • Experience in product management • Experience in project management • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM • Dotted line management experience
