Description

• Work as a Senior Software Engineer with the Rewatch Engineering team to design, implement, rollout, and support highly performant features in a transformative platform • Collaborate closely with Product Design team to build new features • Evaluate and recommend solutions by incorporating feedback from others in Engineering team • Participate in code reviews to help detect bugs and security issues • Document the systems built • Work with support team to triage and debug technical support requests.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience developing production web software using Ruby, Javascript or similar languages. • Troubleshooting skills across application, queuing, database, and other service layers. • Familiarity with DevOps best practices such as understanding of monitoring, observability, continuous integration & deployment. • Ability to gather, analyze, debug, and fix problems that occur with live production systems. • Experience working remotely on a software team. • Excellent analytical skills as well as communication skills both verbal and written.
