•Full-time, Remote, Exempt •Rewiring America is the leading electrification nonprofit, focused on electrifying our homes, businesses, and communities. •This inaugural position is essential to building the financial systems and strategies that will ensure our long-term success and sustainability. •The Director of FP&A will oversee all budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and supplemental financial analyses to support strategic business decisions.
•You have a builder’s mindset and are excited about putting new systems in place in a dynamic, quickly growing organization. •Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that our financial health aligns with our mission. •You’re an effective communicator who can translate complex financial concepts into effective strategy and understandable language for colleagues without finance backgrounds. •Finally, you adhere to the highest ethical standards. •Strong commitment to the mission, policies and goals of Rewiring America. •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred). •Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial management experience. •Non-profit organizational finance experience, c3 and c4 work preferred. •In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. •Ability to think strategically and contribute to the organization's overall strategy. •Strong team management and leadership skills. •Clear, persuasive communicator. •Excellent discretion, ethics and judgment given access to highly confidential financial and related information. •Experience working with NetSuite.
