Come join us on the journey. • Reporting to the Remote Operations Lead, you will take ownership of all aspects of the operations in (various) markets including: • Identify key operational metrics and manage daily operations effectively while working alongside local Operations Specialists. • Manage and optimise ground staff rosters, timesheets, and performance. • Accountability for achieving key performance targets; cost and revenue. • Analyze operational data and make informed decisions based on market trends and analysis. • Ensure local team compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, maintaining a secure working environment. • Manage the recruitment and onboarding of field staff. • Oversee and maintain company assets in the city, including fleet and vans. • Liaise with the purchasing team to acquire materials and services needed for the warehouse or operational activities. • Work with the Head of Operations to drive Beam’s operations across multiple operational verticals, including charging infrastructure, fleet management, warehousing and supply chain management. • Innovate constantly on existing processes and products. • Collaborate cross functionally (strategy, marketing, policy) to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal). • 2 years experience in operations management, analysis, or in a fast growing startup • Bachelor's degree • Experience with people management and training. • Passion for solving problems and delivering a great customer experience. • Highly analytical and creative problem solver, with a product driven mindset. • Self starter - you’ll get broad exposure to all aspects of the business and this is a great position to fast track your start-up career. • Familiar with Office or Google Suite of applications (Excel/Sheets, Slides etc). • Good to have but not required: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Looker Studio
