Description

• Design, configure and implement Rightsline solution • Gather and analyze data for business cases and system requirements • Be the solution interface between Rightsline and the customer • Evaluate business requirements for applications and systems integration • Lead definition, testing, training, implementation and support of system requirements • Identify customer requirements/use cases and develop test plans • Manage risks and alert manager to potential escalations • Provide detailed analysis of processes and workflows • Build relationships with business users and understand their processes • Engage with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer initiatives • Manage execution of data migration needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Software Implementation position • Bachelor's degree Information Technology, or related field • Excellent analytical, organizational and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a time-sensitive, deadline driven environment • Ability to review functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provide feedback • Ability to make sound judgment and resolve problems without supervision • Experience in data modeling and SQL is preferred • Experience with Financial Systems is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external audiences • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
